Industrial Espionage, otherwise known as Economic Espionage, constitutes a serious LEGAL OFFENCE and is punishable by law. POM does not condone such activities and maintains a strict policy against them.

Healthy and legal competition is encouraged, which includes activities like talent acquisition, innovative strategies to improve client services and similar lawful practices. However, infiltrating POM under false pretences with malicious intentions to extract and steal proprietary business information is an egregious violation of law.

If any POM team member becomes suspicious of a colleague, particularly a new team member from another agency exhibiting unusual behaviour, such as not assuming appointed tasks, refraining from recruiting or business submissions, not adhering to established systems, persistently requesting presentation materials, secretly recording trainings and so forth, it might indicate industrial espionage. We urge you to remain vigilant.

Should you encounter such suspicious activities, we implore you to immediately report your concerns to POM at admin@pom365.com. Upon conclusive investigation and subsequent conviction of the alleged party, POM commits to granting a substantial reward to the individual who initiated the alert.
