Qualification Period
January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026

Production Target
$100,000 Base Shop Volume

Minimum requirement:
At least 1/3 must come from personal production.

Most carriers demand $100,000 personal production alone.
At POM, we reward team builders.
That’s why only one-third personal production is required.
